Nijolė Zinkevičienė – Associate Professor Ph.D Nijole Zinkeviciene is a Vice-Rector for Research and Partnerships at Vilnius University of Applied Sciences. Aside from organizing hackathons and other events, he is motivated and committed to making professional higher education more engaging and innovative. Strategic partnerships are one of his specialties. He has an interest in RDI implementation in the professional higher education sector. In addition, he is concerned with enhancing the impact of PHE on regional and national development.
