Klavdija Kutnar – Currently, Klavdija Kutnar serves as Rector of University of Primorska, a member of the European network of Innovative Higher Education Institutions. The area of algebraic graph theory is the focus of her research. In 2019, she was appointed President of the Council of the Republic of Slovenia for Higher Education. Last year the Minister appointed her to the Expert Groups responsible for preparing Slovenia’s National Higher Education Programme 2030 and its Research and Innovation Strategy 2021-2030.
