Julija Kirsiene – Julija Kiršienė is Vice-Rector for Research at Vytautas Magnus University, a professor of private law, and an expert of the Lithuanian Research Council, ECTIL, SECOLA, and other international institutions. Throughout her career, she has published more than 40 scientific publications.
