Bernardas Vaznonis

Bernardas Vaznonis - Assoc. Professor Bernardas Vaznonis is the dean of Vytautas Magnus University's Faculty of Bioeconomy Development. From 2010 to 2020, he served as vice-dean of the same faculty. He was a Senate member and chairman of Aleksandras Stulginskis University's study committee. Bernardas Vaznonis is a 2010 laureate of the Kazimieras Meškauskas Prize for Young Economists established by the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences.

The value of the projects he designed and delivered over the past 17 years exceeds 100 million EUR.

He established and managed acceleration programs that in total supported 176 startups and SMEs with 15.3 million EUR in funding and business support services.

As part of the coordination team of flagship EU projects such as FRACTALS, KATANA, IoF2020 and SmartAgriHubs, he contributed in the development of the European network of DIHs.

Grigoris had an instrumental role in the rapid growth of the Serbian agtech and foodtech ecosystem in the last 7 years.


Povilas Klimas

Povilas Klimas - Povilas Klimas wears a variety of epithets that pertain to his activities. Besides being a good father and businessman, he is an excellent farmer, investor, and mentor. The activities of KlimasCapital are spread across seven sectors: Business-to-business services that integrate several legal entities and provide public and private call center services. In the Web solutions sector, he recently launched and developed classified ads. He works on consulation/education, agricultural sector, working on climate farming, cultivation of asparagus, and ekohumus. Aside from wholesale trade and renewable energy, he specializes in finance and renewable energy as well. He has owned businesses in the logistics (cargo transportation), catering (juice bars) and recruitment (employee recruitment from Southeast Asia) sectors, all of which were successfully sold.


Monica Gimenez Gonzalez

Monica Gimenez Gonzalez - As a result-oriented person, she adheres to Sustainable Development Goals and focuses on impact. Her experience with innovative processes and innovation methodologies (including Design Thinking) spans more than three years. She is a co-founder of Keikoa, a company that has developed international projects that have allowed her to excel in areas such as marketing and business development. In her current position, she works for The Predictive Company, an energy efficiency company based on artificial intelligence.


Šarūnas Savičianskas

Šarūnas Savičianskas - A prominent leader in the field of information technology and digital product development, he has experience developing businesses that are complex and regulated in nature (fintech, health tech). A veteran of the technology industry with over 18 years of experience, he is passionate about start-ups and delivering good customer service. For the last 8 years, he has formed and managed tech and product teams after starting his career as a programmer.


Milda Savickienė

Milda Savickienė - The fields Milda specializes in include marketing, innovation, visual communication, branding, event production, and UX design. In addition to project administration in advertising agencies, she has experience in managing companies as well. Her recent focus has been on design and innovation, providing strategic brand development and marketing advice to companies. In addition to creating logos, she creates websites and mobile applications. Having to participate as a mentor in this year's Future Heroes project, she was thrilled to see that her team won.


Flavius Streianu

Flavius Streianu - Flavius Streianu is a lecturer and doctoral student in the field of education sciences, working on the topic “An innovative approach to holistic education and learning: S.M.A.R.T. – Students Make Art, Research & Technology©”. Among the aims of the research is to find the balance between, maximizing the utility for the student by working on specific skills that are learner-centered, ensuring recognition, transferability and employability based on a qualification framework, and, focusing on a subject-centered approach in order to highlight the value of knowledge and transfer it to the student. He is trying to settle this dilemma during his lectures on Personal Leadership, by using many innovative out of the box teaching-learning methods, in order to bridge the gap and inspire students to become better people, working on their intrapreneurship, broadening their views and helping them understand the society we live in.


Deimantė Žilinskienė

Deimantė Žilinskienė - Deimantė Žilinskienė has more than 5 years’ experience in leading projects in the areas of higher education monitoring and research, human resources management, entrepreneurship and education governance at national institutions and private organisations. She is a Director at KSU’s Business School from 2017 and is an expert in Lithuanian Standards Board (ISO) and is a National Expert at Global ISO /TC 260/WG 11 Learning and Development Group with ISO standards in human resources and management field.


Julija Kiršienė

Julija Kirsiene - Julija Kiršienė is Vice-Rector for Research at Vytautas Magnus University, a professor of private law, and an expert of the Lithuanian Research Council, ECTIL, SECOLA, and other international institutions. Throughout her career, she has published more than 40 scientific publications.
