ANDRIUS JANIUKŠTIS – Founder and co-owner of Academia Dominorum consultancy agency. Andrius is a management and leadership expert and has many years of experience in leading teams of various sizes in Lithuania and abroad. He is an expert in advising business organizations on management issues and problems, action planning, personnel management, and development of emotional competences. He is a certified master of Neuro Linguistic Programming, applied typology Enneagram, and a practitioner of Coaching, who is able to lead the participants of the trainings towards results. Andrius also works as a researcher, lecturer and consultant on emotional health in the workplace.
