Alina Dolmate – In addition to her role as Strategic Planner, Innovation & Sustainability, Alina also leads EIT Food Hub in Latvia, combining her passions for strategy, technology, and design. She has more than 12 years of interdisciplinary experience, including business development, new product development, and startup formation. Alina is curious about the interaction between technology and health, technology and education, and the future of food. She has previous experience developing one of the first VR startups in the Baltics. In addition, she co-founded Immersive Tech Studio, which develops solutions for digital innovation projects (VR, XR, and immersive sound).
